These starter terms cover the informational website before public software downloads and paid products are enabled.

Blackwire Software may update product descriptions, planned features, release status, pricing, licensing, and availability at any time. Pages marked in development, alpha, beta, planned, or coming soon do not represent a promise of a specific release date or final feature set.
Software downloads
Download and license terms will be provided with each released product. Visitors should obtain Blackwire software only from official links published on BlackwireSoftware.com or from an authorized delivery provider identified by Blackwire Software.
Third-party checkout
Payments, license keys, and digital delivery may be processed by external providers. Purchases may also be subject to that provider's terms and policies.
Trademarks and content
Blackwire Software names, logos, product names, website design, documentation, and original content may not be copied or represented as another party's work without permission.
No warranty for preview information
Development information and unreleased-product descriptions are provided for general information. Final product terms and warranties, if any, will accompany the released software.
