How do I redownload a product I already purchased?

Go to Lemon Squeezy My Orders and enter the email address used at checkout. Lemon Squeezy will send a fresh secure sign-in link. Open the Blackwire order to download the current release or any included previous version. You do not need to place another order just to redownload the software.

Do I need to purchase again to get an updated version?

No. Blackwire includes the current release and previous versions with every product order. When a new build is added to that Lemon Squeezy product, existing customers can access the available files again from My Orders.

Will Blackwire offer free software?

Yes. Several current Blackwire products have a free option, while paid options vary by product and intended use.

Will purchases be processed through this website?

Product pages link to secure hosted checkout for paid options. Lemon Squeezy handles applicable transactions as the payment provider / Merchant of Record, so its name may appear during checkout and on receipts.

Do I need an account on BlackwireSoftware.com?

You do not need a BlackwireSoftware.com website account to use the products. If an edition requires activation, you can manage that Blackwire license through the License Manager. Payment and licensing providers may still keep the transaction or license records described in the Privacy Policy.

Where should software be downloaded?

New customers should use the official product links published on BlackwireSoftware.com. Existing customers can redownload purchased products from Lemon Squeezy My Orders. Do not place another order just to retrieve a download you already purchased.

Are the products available now?

Yes. Hardware Diagnostics, Drive Eraser & Sanitizer, Crash Analyzer, Driver & Device Repair, Battery Health Utility, and Flash Media Tester are released with current download or checkout options. Omada Recovery Migrator, Blackwire Migration, and Artifact Signing Manager remain in development and are labeled by their current stage.
